Greg Schroeder, BS, BC-H.I.S.

Greg Schroeder Greg Schroeder is the President and Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist at Hearing Aid Counselors & Audiology. Greg has 3 beautiful children and his beloved Golden Retreiver "Orvis" . Greg enjoys fly fishing, snowmobiling, exercising, serving in his church, and playing with his children. Greg is a native Idahoan loves the state he lives in.
As a hearing care provider he is very skilled and trained on state of the art hearing technology that is available as well as testing procedures. He takes an educational approach when discussing with prospective and current patients hearing aid tecnology and hearing loss, thus enabling them to make the right decision on their own.

Rick Hall, BS, BC-H.I.S.

Rick Hall An Idaho native, I spent most of my life in Eastern Idaho. Graduating from Idaho State University with a B.S. in General Business I gained much of my work experience in the business field. Married for 43 years my wife and I have 4 children and 15 grand children. Given the opportunity to enter the hearing health care field later in life I have found it very rewarding to help people improve thier quality of life through better hearing. I am Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences and enjoy working with patients and their families helping to improve this very important part of each of our lives, communication.


Amy Spaulding HIS

Amy Spaulding (Burley Office)
I was fortunate enough to join the Hearing Counselors over a year ago when I re-entered the work force after spending several years at home with my three young children. What began as a receptionist position quickly expanded as I felt myself being drawn to helping our patients. Now as a Hearing Instrument Specialist, I love helping our patients improve their communication and understanding with their loved ones and make it my personal goal that their experience is as rewarding as mine. My time away from work is spent keeping up with the ever-expanding activities with my family. I also love to play sports and spend time with those I love.


Chris Pickup, Au.D., CCC-A

Chris Pickup Chris is a Doctor of Audiology and currently working in our Burley and Twin Falls offices. Dr. Pickup has been practicing audiology for over 10 years and is a graduate of both Brigham Young University, and A.T Still University, completing her Doctor of Audiology degree in 2010. Chris has worked in both private practice settings and in pediatrics and is currently certified by the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.


Adrianne Saxton

Adrianne Adrianne works in our Idaho Falls office and is currently studying to take her hearing board exam this coming May to become a Hearing Instrument Specialist. The foundation of Adrianne's success is built on her commitment to enhance patients' lives through better communication. Combining integrity, empathy, and genuine concern; she demonstrates a unique ability to explain the strategies of hearing improvements to patients and their families while taking time to listen to their concerns.
